Located within the exclusive resort area of Dubai Marina, Cavalli Tower is an exclusive residential complex of premium properties. The concept of DAMAC Cavalli Tower involves the construction of luxury penthouses in a limited series with a variety of floor plans and ceilings of 4 meters high. Designed to provide both privacy and space, the Flying Villas will feature large terraces and private swimming pools. Residents will have access to vertical hydroponics for growing their own garden crops. The penthouse units will also include a maid’s room. For additional comfort, the Flying Villas level residences will have a convenient location in the complex with only 5 residences per floor as well as private elevators.

The architectural uniqueness of the tower is the cone-shape form of the building as well as the apartments that will extend from the entrance area. Another architectural design feature will be a sliding artwork wall within each apartment to conceal the kitchen.

DAMAC Cavalli Tower has an extremely convenient location. The Dubai Knowledge Park, Downtown Dubai, DIFC and Business Bay areas are accessible via the Sheikh Zayed Road. It takes approximately half an hour by car to reach all the above-mentioned areas.

Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) can be reached in 30 minutes’ by car/taxi.
