The project was developed by the major developer; DAMAC Properties, together with the luxury Swedish jewellery house, De Grisogono. The world renowned luxury jewellery and watchmaker drew inspiration from the beauty of the opal gemstone and the depth of outer space.

The kitchens can either come open or semi-closed, and are equipped with light cabinets and high-quality built-in appliances. Altitude is located in the east of the popular and bustling business hub of the city – Business Bay. The area is mainly built up with high-rise complexes, commercial buildings, and business centres, and attracts high-net-worth individuals, business professionals, freelancers, and highly paid employees.

Next to the tower is the E44 highway and Marasi Drive, which both provide access to the main locations in and around the rest of the emirate. Clayton Residency bus stop is next to the complex, and Business Bay Metro Station is a 15-minute walk away. By 2030, a tram line, a water station and a Sky Pods line will be built in the area to make it even easier for residents and commuters to travel through the district.

Business Bay is a 15-minute drive from Jumeirah Street, which is lined with popular beaches such as Mercato Beach, as well as many vibrant F&B venues. It takes about half an hour to get to Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina, and a 20 minute drive will take you to Dubai International Airport.

Buying a home worth more than AED 750K (USD 204K) gives you the opportunity to apply for a 2-year resident visa, however if you buy a residence for more than AED 2M (USD 545K), you can obtain a 10-year Golden Visa. New guidelines have recently come into effect, in which after paying off the first AED 200K (USD 54.5K) for your off-plan property, you can now apply for either type of visa.
