The number of real estate rental transactions is growing steadily, which is great news for everyone. According to expert reports, the number of new tenants increased by 29% during the third quarter of this year compared to July-September 2023. There was also a 9.3% increase in the number of viewings of properties available for rent.

With both growth and high demand, rental property offerings are growing, with the number of listings surging by more than 16%. The Dubai Land Department (DLD) reported that the number of leases concluded increased by 7.7% compared to the previous quarter. This is due to the stable growth of the emirate's population and more comfortable living conditions.


Despite the high demand of tenants and an increase in the number of transactions, rental prices in prestigious areas of Dubai are decreasing. For example, in the elite Arabian Ranches, rental prices decreased by 27% compared to the previous quarter. A downward trend is also observed in other prestigious complexes in the emirate. Premium housing in Dubai is becoming more affordable, which increases demand and interest from tourists and residents of the emirate.
